This is the conversation I hear most nights.
Jadie: "Kimball, it's time for bed."
Kimball: ..............Silence..........or "moaning & groaning"
Jadie: "Okay, I am heading upstairs. If I get there first, no book. If you get there first I'll read a book."
Kimball: pitter, patter, pitter, patter, of little feet running to beat his dad up the stairs!
Kimball loves his time at night with his dad and getting a bedtime story read to him. This is the first time I have taken a picture of them reading together. I am glad I did. It melts my heart.
