Mmmmmm...there is just something about pink cupcakes that puts a smile on my face. Maybe it is because they are just so girly? The reality is that they are cupcakes. That is really all they have to be. Cupcakes really are the "in" thing right now aren't they?
I volunteered to make these for Kimball's class for his Valentine's Day party. I made a few extras. We may or may not be guilty of eating a couple of them as well.
